What is your return policy?

Orders purchased full price will be eligible for an exchange within 14 business days. Item must be unworn with tags attached. Items purchase using a promo code/ on sale are not eligible for exchange. We do NOT offer returns, only exchanges. 

Are items purchased on sale or with a promo code FINAL Sale?

Yes, all items purchased on sale, with the use of a promo code, a referral code, or during a Flash Sale are FINAL sale. No price adjustments can be made. No orders can be cancelled or changed. 

When will my order ship?


Orders placed after 12 p.m. are processed the following business day. Please allow up to 1 – 3 business days to process your order. Items purchased on sale or sample sale make take longer to process due to high volume. Orders are not processed on the weekend. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Depending on the service you select, your order can take as little as 1 business day and up to 6 business days. Please allow up to 1 - 3 business days for processing prior to shipping. Expedited shipments are not available for Saturday delivery.

How can I track my order?

Once we ship your order you will receive an email with a shipping notification containing your tracking number.
